Should you wish to add or remove someone from title, we will obtain the last recorded deed, draft the new deed to match the title requirements provided to us. We will e-record your deed on your behalf with the copy of the recording sent directly to you.

Affidavit Prep - Remove a Person from Title - Part of Another Transfer
Should you need to add or remove someone from who has passed away, we will obtain the last recorded deed, draft the new deed to match the title requirements provided to us. We will e-record your deed on your behalf with the copy of the recording sent directly to you. This will require you to provide a Certified Copy of the Death Certificate to complete the transfer.

Tax Assessors notices regarding any possible re-assessments are not received by this office. Please notify us immediately if you receive such a notice so we may assist you with a response.
